12/18/2007: "Server Work"

We noticed some problems with the servers a few hours ago and seems the tech people immediately started work backing everything up and doing a OS re-install. This process will take about 12 hours, but we are already 6 hours into it. Anticipate problems during this process. Most of the sites are setup to redirect you to the site's main page if there is any type of problem so if you experience this, that might be the cause. I'll update you here when I know things are resolved. Kind of overkill almost as the problem was "minor", but this was the only way to fix it and probably better to have it fixed.
