03/21/2009: "IP Feeds working"

I have all the IP Feed sites working. That means at least that "most" of the sites are now up. There is another big groups of sites which need to be fixed. That group "should" be working but I can't figure out what the problem is. Luckily I think this will be the easiest to fix so I should have it solved soon. Once I get this next big group working there should just be a few sites that might not work and I'll get to those in time. I put a pause on switching to the new site format until I can get most of the sites working. Once this next group is working I'll go ahead and switch to the new format--that should be within 24 hours I would guess.
