01/06/2010: "New Customer Support e-mail address"

We have just changed our Customer Service email address and also have more staff helping to answer e-mails. The sad but true fact is that we had emails from over a year ago which we never got around to! Sorry, but too much shooting new content and not enough customer service. For the new year we hope to turn this around--ya, like too much customer service and not enough shooting should be a goal?

Anyway, we do hope and plan to keep up with e-mail this year. Anticipate replies within 24 hours at the longest (generally unless we are traveling), but should be shorter.
