07/27/2010: "Membership Access Problems?"

We have received some reports of access problems for people who have joined within the past week. We are aware of these problems, figured out what the cause is, and are working hard to resolve this. We estimate we'll have everything resolved within about 6 hours, so that means allow us 24-48 hours to get everything working well as we fix other minor issues we encounter as we work on the problem.
